The Dakyo features a wrap-around weave pattern in grey and white. They are durable and warm, making them perfect slippers for hardwoord floors and cold winter nights. Sock patterns like the Dayko have been passed down through Bulgarian families for generations. We gather and dye our wool locally, and most of it comes from sheep right here in our own small village of Patalenitsa. All the wool is hand-processed so that it’s soft and warm against the skin. Our brand helps keep alive our country’s tradition of knitting, while bringing income into Bulgaria’s rural villages. Thanks so much for your support. Enjoy the socks!
